Content & Community Assistant

What to Expect

Location: Jacksonville, FL preferred | Hybrid (mostly remote)
Hours: 12 to 20 hours per week to start
Pay Range: $22 to $23/hour (based on experience) - W2 structure
Target Start: April to May 2026

Socially Stable Creative is a founder-led marketing studio specializing in elevated lifestyle brands. We focus on strategy-first content, strong brand voice, and visually compelling work that converts.

Socially Stable is currently led by Alondra Vega and is looking to bring on the right person to serve as a reliable extension of the brand. This role is designed to support continued growth while maintaining high standards for the clients we serve.

Role Overview

The Content & Community Assistant supports day-to-day social media execution across client accounts and the Socially Stable company account.

This role includes community management, caption writing support, scheduling, light video/graphic edits when needed, and overall content organization.

This is a hybrid position. Most work is remote, with occasional in-person content days for behind-the-scenes support.

This role is primarily an assistant to the founder and requires someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Schedule & Work Style

  • 12 to 20 hours per week to start

  • Mostly remote work

  • Flexible schedule required based on content needs and deadlines

  • Occasional on-location days for BTS and shoot support

  • First few weeks will include closer, hands-on onboarding with Alondra

After onboarding, most responsibilities will transition to independent remote execution with scheduled in-person support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

  • Respond to comments and DMs in brand voice across client accounts

  • Support engagement and audience interaction

  • Flag qualified leads or important conversations

  • Assist with managing and maintaining the Socially Stable company account

Copywriting Support

  • Draft social media captions for client accounts

  • Support caption writing for the Socially Stable company account

  • Assist with hooks, CTAs, and content repurposing

  • Proofread and refine scheduled content

Post-Production, Graphics & Scheduling

  • Schedule and publish content across platforms

  • Perform light video trims and formatting edits (CapCut)

  • Create simple story graphics and post graphics (Canva)

  • Organize and upload content assets

  • Optimize posts after production (captions, tags, formatting, etc.)

  • Help ensure all deadlines are met

Content Day Support

  • Capture behind-the-scenes content (primarily iPhone)

  • Assist with shot list execution

  • Support on-location content logistics as needed

Ideal Fit

This role is best for someone who:

  • Has prior agency or social media management experience 

  • Is strong in short-form caption writing

  • Has basic video editing skills

  • Is comfortable using Canva and CapCut

  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently

  • Is flexible with scheduling needs

  • Is proactive and able to anticipate needs

Bonus (not required but helpful):

  • Experience with Photoshop

  • Experience with Lightroom

Growth Opportunity

This position begins as an hourly, part-time role but has the potential to grow into a salaried, full-time position as Socially Stable continues to expand.

While the role starts part-time, the ideal candidate is someone open to increasing hours over time and potentially stepping into a full-time position.
